ONLINE STORE RETURNS:
We hope you absolutely adore your new purchase, however we understand that it can be tricky when purchasing Online. We will endeavour to try and give as much information about a product as we can, but in the event you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will provide an Online Store Credit, which will be valid for 3 years from issue, and can be used to purchase from our Online Store only.
All sales on reduced items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or size
Please email us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at hello@mintfashionboutique.com.au to request an authorisation number for your return. Please do not send your items back until you have this.
If the item arrives with a manufacturers fault, we are happy to try and replace it for you! If we are unable to replace the faulty item, a refund will be processed once assessment of the item has taken place. Please contact us at hello@mintfashionboutique.com.au if you believe the item you have received is faulty. We will then advise a Return Authorization number and instructions on return. Please do not send your items back until you have this.
All returns must arrive back to us within 10 days of obtaining a Return Authorisation number.

Once we receive your parcel, the item(s) will be inspected and once approved an online Store Credit issued. All shipping costs of returns are at your expense.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind/size in accordance with Consumer Law.
Things to keep in mind:
All returns must be received back to us in original condition, tags/packaging intact. Items must be unworn/unwashed and free of makeup/deodorant
We do not accept returns on jewellery due to hygiene reasons
We do not accept returns on sale items
Store Credits will be to the value of the item(s) purchased only, and any postage paid will be at the expense of the consumer
We will not take responsibility for any items not received back to us, so please use tracked/registered post to send back any returns
If you purchase from our Online Store and wish to return an item in person at our Mitcham or The Grove store, you will be able to do an exchange on the spot (provided all Returns criteria is met). Alternatively, you will have the option to receive either an Online Store Credit or a physical Store Credit that can be used at our Mitcham or The Grove store only. You will not be able to use Online Store Credits at our physical locations, so please keep this in mind.
IN-STORE RETURNS:
Full priced items purchased at our physical stores may be exchanged or returned for a Store Credit within 10 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.
Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided and the product must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags/packaging attached.
We do not offer returns on any sale items.
Laybys are for a 4 week period only, and will incur a $3 holding fee, which is added to the overall total of the layby. We cannot separate or provide part of a layby prior to full payment.
If your layby has not been completed by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the layby, with all deposits and payments made forfeited.
All sales on reduced items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind or size.
