Shipping policy

At the checkout, you will have the choice of either $12.95 flat rate shipping, or In-Store Pickup from our Mitcham (SA) or The Grove (SA) stores.

We offer FREE standard postage Australia wide on all orders over $175, and this will automatically be applied at checkout if eligible.

If you choose for your order to be shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. You will then be able to track your parcel either via Australia Post or the 'Shop' app on your smartphone. Please be aware that once your parcel has been shipped and tracking lodged, it is out of our hands and any lost parcels will need to be investigated via Australia Post. Mint will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items.

If you have chosen In-Store pickup, you will receive an email when your order has been packed and is available for you to collect from our Mitcham or Golden Grove stores (as per your chosen store at checkout). Please be sure to wait for your ‘Ready for Pickup’ notification before coming to collect.

We endeavour to have your order either shipped within 24hours of your order being placed. However, in the instance of busy periods, this may take up to 48hours.
